Kevin Bratland -  Head Wrestling Coach, North Central College
Kevin Bratland entered his first year as the head coach of the North Central College wrestling program in 2006-2007.  Bratland served as the assistant wrestling coach at Ohio Northern University the last two seasons.  Prior to that, he was the assistant coach and strength and conditioning coach at Wartburg College where he helped coach them to a national title in 2004.  As a collegian, Bratland was a two-time National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III All-Academic Individual and two-time NCAA III All-American. He was the most valuable wrestler of Wartburg?s 2003 record setting national championship team. Bratland graduated from Wartburg College (Iowa) in 2003 and completed his master?s degree in exercise science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Karl Bratland - Assistant Wrestling Coach, North Central College
Karl Bratland entered his second year as an assistant coach in 2006-07.  In 2005-06 he helped the Cardinals to one of the best seasons in school history.  The college finished 14th in the nation, had an undefeated dual-meet record (7-0), and the most All-Americans (3) ever produced in one year.  This past season he aided the Cardinals in placing 10th at the National Tournament, the highest finish ever.  In his two years at North Central, Bratland has coached seven national qualifiers, five All-Americans, six conference champs, and seven nationally ranked wrestlers. Bratland graduated from Wartburg College (Iowa) in 2004 and completed his master's degree in exercise science from the University of Northern Iowa
