Hammer Wrestling Camps have been established to help wrestlers at all levels, from novice to elite, improve their wrestling skills and ultimately achieve their wrestling goals. These camps are founded by Karl and Kevin Bratland, wrestling coaches at North Central College in Naperville, IL. Originally from Iowa, these brothers have been heavily involved in the sport having over 40 years of wrestling knowledge combined, both as competitors and as coaches.
The sessions will cover various aspects of the sport of wrestling including but not limited to technique, drills, strength/conditioning, mental preparation, nutrition, etc. Members of the North Central wrestling team will be assisting with the sessions throughout the camp.
